Cancellation Policy

Our products are made-to-order items that are manufactured individually according to the customer's requests. Upon confirmation of your order, the production process begins and takes approximately two (2) weeks to complete. Therefore, to deliver the completed garment after the production period, we start to produce on the day of order confirmation. 

If a cancellation request is made by the customer after the production has started, the procedure for production, unfortunately, cannot be stopped. Thus, we stipulate the policy for changing and cancelling orders as described below:

• We will accept an order cancellation free of charge within 12 hours after transmitting order confirmation.

• Cancellations later than 12 hours after the order confirmation is transmitted will be subject to a cancellation charge of 50%.
